Council The
Bedford County Arts Council offers monthly shows and exhibits in the
historic Anderson House, a graceful 18th. century building on Bedford’s
main street, and also holds art workshops for both kids and adults as
well as the occasional musical coffee house.

The
Pennsylvania
Consort sponsors a six-concert classical Guest Artist Series in the
fall and spring each year, a free outdoor summer music series called
Summer Music on the Square, the long-running community chorus Messiah
performance each December, and programs in the schools.
